You pay the ID check when a client first shares with you; clients never pay for the app or the check. Colleagues on your account are free. Cancel at any time. More than 100 clients, or several sites? Book a call for an annual quote and invoicing.

- Signed records and PDF reports for any dates
- Email alerts for check-ins, missed days, and weekly or monthly summaries

- The app and the ID check, free for the people who go to meetings

We'll send an annual quote, invoice you, and set up your teams. We sign a BAA for HIPAA-covered programs.
Questions
- Who pays for the ID check?
- You do, once per person, when they first share with you: $10. A check counts for two years. The people who go to meetings never pay for anything.
- What counts as a client?
- Anyone who shares their meetings with your account. Pairing codes that are still waiting cost nothing.
- What happens when my caseload grows?
- Your plan moves to the next tier when the next person shares with you. The Add client page tells you before you make their code.
- Can we pay by invoice or for a year?
- Yes, for agencies and programs. Book a call and we'll send an annual quote. The same applies to more than 100 people or several sites.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, at any time, from your billing page.
